RicePurityTesters.com is an independent website built for one simple purpose: to offer a free, fast, and genuinely private way to take the classic Rice Purity Test online.
We’re not affiliated with Rice University in any official capacity. The test originated there in the 1920s as a student orientation activity, and over the decades it grew into the widely known 100-item checklist that’s now shared and taken all over the world. Our goal is simply to host a clean, modern, and respectful version of that tradition — one that works well on any device and doesn’t ask for anything in return.
Why We Built This Site
Most quiz sites are cluttered with pop-ups, forced sign-ups, or intrusive tracking. We wanted something different: a tool that loads quickly, works the same on a phone as it does on a laptop, and respects the fact that this is meant to be a light-hearted, personal moment — not a data-collection opportunity.

Alongside the interactive test itself, we publish original articles covering the test’s history, how scoring works, what different score ranges tend to mean, and answers to the questions people ask most often. Everything is written to be clear, honest, and free of exaggerated claims — this is an entertainment and self-reflection tool, not a scientific instrument.
